Abstract
Osmanlı Devleti’nde herkesçe malum olan düzenli bir kayıt tutma geleneği bulunmaktadır. Bu durumu, devletin tüm kurumlarında hissetmek mümkündür. Aynı durum padişahın şahsıyla ilgili harcamalarda da vardır. Bu çalışma da böyle bir geleneğin sonucu tutulmuştur. Kaynak mahiyetindeki defter Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanlığı Osmanlı Arşivi’nden temin edilmiştir. Defterin künyesi TS.Mad. kutu no 1071’dir. Defter II. Süleyman’ın saltanat yıllarını kapsamaktır. Asıl olarak defter, II. Süleyman’ın saltanat yıllarında harem-i hümâyûna çeşitli gerekçelerle gelen pek çok değerli eşyanın kaydını içermektedir. Bu eşyaların ortak noktası padişahın haremine dâhil olan eşyalar olmasıdır. Harem-i Hümâyûn’a dâhil olan eşyaların geliş gerekçeleri ise padişahın nefsi için temin edilenler, devlet görevlilerinin ya da hanedan mensuplarının muhallefatından aktarılanlar, padişaha gelen hediyeler şeklinde sıralanabilir. Bu çalışma da padişahın nefsi için temin edilen eşyaları ele almayı planlanmaktadır. Bu sayede II. Süleyman’ın saltanat yıllarında haremine alınan eşyaların mahiyetleri hakkında fikir edinilecektir. Harem-i Hümayûn’a giren bu eşyaların genelde ihtiyaç üzerine ya da yıllık gelenekselleşen alımlardan oluştuğu anlaşılmıştır. Diğer yandan muhallefatlardan gelen mallar da bulunmaktadır. Alınan eşyalar da genellikle çeşitli amaçlarla kullanılan kumaş türleri, ev içi döşeme unsurları, giyim kuşam çeşitleri ve mücevherlerden oluşmaktadır. Bu sayede de II. Süleyman dönemi sarayda kullanılan kumaş türleri, çeşitli ev içi döşeme unsurları, giyim kuşam çeşitleri ve mücevherlerle ilgili izler sürülmüş olacaktır.

Abstract
There is a well-known tradition of keeping regular records in the Ottoman State. This situation can be felt in all institutions of the state. The same situation also applies to the expenses related to the person of the sultan. This study was kept as a result of such a tradition. The source book was obtained from the Ottoman Archives of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey. The book's identifier is TS.Mad. box no. 1071. The book covers the years of II. Süleyman's reign. In essence, the book contains the records of many valuable items that came to the imperial harem for various reasons during II. Süleyman's reign. The common point of these items is that they were included in the sultan's harem. The reasons for the arrival of the items included in the imperial harem can be listed as those provided for the sultan's self, those transferred from the retinue of state officials or members of the dynasty, and gifts received by the sultan. This study also plans to examine the items provided for the sultan's self. In this way, an idea will be obtained about the nature of the goods taken to the harem during the years of II. Süleyman's reign. It has been understood that these goods taken to the Imperial Harem are generally made up of needs or annual traditional purchases. On the other hand, there are also goods coming from the muhallefats. The goods taken generally consist of fabric types used for various purposes, home furnishing elements, clothing types and jewelry. In this way, traces will be traced about the fabric types used in the palace during the reign of II. Süleyman, various home furnishing elements, clothing types and jewelry.
