Abstract
Âşıklar/halk şairleri, içinde yaşadığı toplumun sözcüleridir. Bu kişiler, halkın duygu vedüşüncelerini, acılarını, sevinçlerini, özlemlerini, öfkelerini dile getirmenin yanında beğendikleri ve hoşlarınagiden şeyleri övdükleri gibi, beğenmedikleri ya da halk için olumsuz gördükleri durumları eleştirmekten degeri durmazlar.Bu çalışmamızda 16-19. yüzyıl arasında devlet müesseselerinde yaşanan bozulmalara yönelikolarak âşıkların eleştirileri ele alınmıştır. Bu yüzyıllarda yaşayan âşıklardan bazılarının toplumsal konulardakiduyarlılıklarını ortaya koyduğu şiirleriyle topluma karşı olan sorumluluklarına yerini getirdiklerini ifadeedebiliriz.

Abstract
Poet singers/ folk singers are the spokespersons of the society they live in. Besides, expressing thefeelings, thoughts, pain, joy, longing and anger of the members of the society; these people both praise thethings they like and criticize they dont like or consider to be bad for people.This study examines criticism of the corruption in governmental agencies between 16th and 19thcenturies by poet-singers of the ages. It can be stated that some of the poet-singers of these centuries fulfilledtheir responsibilities for the society by their poems in which they expressed their sensitivity about the subjectsthat interested the society.
