DEMOKRAT PARTİ DÖNEMİNDE ZİRAAT VE HAYVANCILIK ALANINDA MEYDANA GELEN GELİŞMELERİN GÜNLÜK HAYATA YANSIMALARI

Abstract
Demokrat Parti iktidarının üzerinde önemle durduğu konulardan biri, ziraat faaliyetleri olmuştur. Türkiye’yi tarımla kalkındırma politikası uygulanmıştır. Topraksız çiftçilere toprak dağıtılması, tarımda makineleşme oranının en yüksek seviyeye ulaştırılması ve bunların sonucunda ziraî üretimin artırılması yoluna gidilmiştir. Ziraî üretim ve buradan elde edilecek ürün ve gelirle ülkede sosyal adaletin sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. Bu husus, 1950-1960 yılları arasında hükümet programlarında da ağırlıklı olarak yer almıştır. Demokrat Parti döneminde ziraî faaliyetler pek çok akademisyenin de ilgisini çekmiştir. İktisatçılar ve tarihçiler tarafından bu konuda arşiv belgelerine ve istatistikî verilere dayanan ciddî çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmalarda konunun siyasî, sosyal ve ekonomik boyutları ortaya konulmuştur. Biz bu makalemizde, önceki çalışmaları da dikkate alarak ziraî alanda yapılan çalışmaların günlük hayata yansımalarını ortaya koyacağız. Daha önceki çalışmalarda pek kullanılmayan Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi tutanaklarından elde ettiğimiz bilgileri kullanarak bu konunun eksik kalan kısımlarını tamamlamaya çalışacağız.

Abstract
One of the issues that the Democrat Party gave importance was the activities made on agriculture. They applied some policies to develop Turkey on the basis of agriculture. The policies they followed were that they gave land to the farmers free of charge who did not possess any land, the mechanization in agriculture brought to the highest level and the production was tried to increase. It was aimed to provide social justice through agricultural production and the finance obtained from it. This policy was highlighted in the program of the Goverment between the years 1950-1960. The policies followed on agriculture during Democrat Party period have appealed the attraction of many academicians Many studies have been carried on based on the statistical data and archive documents by historians and economists. In this study, it is aimed to releave the political, social and economical dimentions of this issue. In this article, the reflection of the developments on agriculture and farming to the daily life during the Democrat Party period is releaved considering the previous studies. Using the Turkish Grand Assembly records that have not been mentioned in previous studies, it was tried to complete the missing parts about this issue in this study.
